Soccer

Today was the last day of Ryan's soccer class. He's sad that its over, but we already told him he can sign up again in the fall. He had his fan club there to support him on his last day. When we got to class he found that Grammy, Papa, Uncle Rick & Gavin came to cheer him on. He just loved soccertots. I highly recommend it to any of you with a tot!

And before we left, Ryan and Gavin wanted to check out the playground. This was Ryan's first time on a "big boy" swing, so I was a bit on edge while Uncle Rick was pushing them, but both Ryan & I survived.

*And a special thank you to Grandpa & Grandma for the camera!

Broken Camera

So, our "new" camera isn't working these days which is why I haven't been able to post lately. I don't have any pictures, but Ryan's Grandpa & Grandma came up from Florida to spend some one on one time with Ryan before he has to start sharing the spotlight. He absolutely loved having them here. We ventured out to an old Western town theme park thingie I can't really explain...but, Ryan enjoyed the cowboys, gun fights, train rides & petting zoo. And of course, he spent plenty of time showing Grandma & Grandpa his #1 passion-his trains. I think they spent 75% of their visit "playing choo choos".

So, to Grandpa & Grandma-it was great seeing you & thank you for going along with my train obsession- Love, Ryan

And Wednesday, we decided to go to a free summer movie at a nearby theatre to see Charlotte's Web with Landon & his mommy. Ryan and Landon were very excited to see each other (even though they played together on Monday!) and enjoyed the movie together. I managed to get just one picture.

#1 Dad

Although there are many more than 5, Ryan and I decided to share the Top 5 reasons why Dave is the worlds greatest daddy
5. He works insane hours and works very hard to take great care of us
4. He calls us everyday, first thing in the morning, to tell us he's thinking about us
3. No matter how tired he is when he gets home from work, he plays the "snake game" (Ryan
chases him around pretending to be a snake) until he's about to pass out
2. He gives the greatest baths and lets Ryan soak the entire bathroom with "giant splashes"

And #1--When I asked Ryan why his daddy was the best daddy in the whole wide world, he said "daddy plays choo choos with me".

We wanted to make sure that daddy had a very special day today, so Ryan and I made special blueberry pancakes for breakfast and then took daddy to Medievel Times. Unfortunately, I completely forgot the camera so there are no pictures, but we all had a great time cheering for the yellow knight (Ryan's favorite color, he was SO excited) and spending a special day together.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY DADDY, WE LOVE YOU!!
